What Each Participant Needs to Bring

-1-2 pillows (& any zabutons if possible).       
-2-3 blankets
-1 or more sets of Yoga Blocks
-Water Bottle                     
-Snacks                              
-Loose comfortable clothing
-Well rested with extra hydration for the 2 days prior to the retreat.
- Highly recommend no sugar or chocolate for as many days prior (2 weeks would    be ideal, but
even if for 2 days prior, there is benefit to the subtlety of the meditations).
-Extra snacks on Sunday as there will not be a formal lunch break ( we will be grazing).

-PART TWO participants will need to bring extra snacks as there will not be a formal lunch or
dinner break on Monday. (We will be grazing)
